Hi, I’m Noah and I want to work with technology. For the past four years I have done a variety of different work in the construction industry, most prominently commercial welding and contractor work remodeling homes. Although I have enjoyed the work I’ve done and am proud of the things I have built, I want to start a career where there are more opportunities to learn new things.

Through the process of teaching myself how to work with power tools, and navigating all the issues that come with remodeling 100 year old homes with no construction experience, I found out that I love to learn and solve problems. This was cemented in my mind when I found intense enjoyment learning how to weld and fabricate watching YouTube videos and practicing on my breaks at work. I went all in to learn everything I could about it on my own until I began regularly welding on the job.

I am taking this attitude and directing it towards breaking into the IT field. I intend to share what I am learning in the hopes that it helps someone understand more, even if it is just myself. Ive already begun the CompTIA A+ certification and am really excited to share my progress as I build a home lab. Thanks for checking out what I’m working on!
